1. The app
Resona is a client application that plays music from servers you own or are authorised to access. It is provided free of charge, “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the music servers and content you connect to and for having the rights to access that content.
- You must comply with the terms of any third-party server or service you use with Resona.
- You must not use Resona to infringe copyright or other rights.
3. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, Resona, including data loss or interruption of service.
4. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and the current version will always be published here.
